ACB-Ohio’s mission: The American Council of the Blind of Ohio strives to increase the independence, security, equality of opportunity, and quality of life, for all blind and visually impaired Ohioans.

The vision of ACB-Ohio is: To create a society without barriers for individuals who are blind or visually impaired  through advocacy, education, public awareness, collaboration, and support.
