Fall-Fest 2026
ACBO, along with our friends at the Wooster Noon Lions Club and the newly formed BVI Lions Club, invites you to attend Fall Fest 2026!
Plan to join us in beautiful Wayne County from Friday, September 25 through Sunday, September 27, 2026. Fall Fest is a weekend full of organized activities, relaxation, and time with friends—both old and new. Enjoy archery, fishing, great food, and plenty of laid-back moments to unwind and make lasting memories.

Cost
Registration Fee: $40
Many thanks to the Wooster Noon Lions Club and BVI Lions Club for hosting this event. Their hard work and fundraising efforts help keep costs affordable for everyone.
Financial Assistance
Participants
A limited number of stipends are available for ACBO members who would not be able to attend without financial assistance. Stipends of up to $300 may be awarded to help offset costs. Priority will be given to first-time participants.
Volunteers
Financial assistance is also available for sighted volunteers through the generous support of ACBO members and friends via the Ken Bordwell Fund. Stipends of up to $400 are available for volunteers who are willing to assist with transportation, guiding, meals, and activities throughout the weekend.
Registration
Complete the online registration form. The registration deadline is August 15, 2026.
Travel
Bus transportation is available through Greyhound on the Barons Bus Line, with routes from Cleveland and Columbus. If you plan to arrive by bus, please let us know so we can arrange pickup and drop-off.
Lodging
To guarantee the group rate, hotel reservations must be made by August 15, 2026.

Saturday Activities
Saturday afternoon, we will travel to the beautiful 200-acre Izaak Walton League preserve for fishing and archery. Be sure to bring insect repellent.
